But my first lobby disbanded because not everyone could figure out how the game worked, fair enough...

We surrendered at 28 minutes.

It was an awful awful game.  Darius got his ass handed to him by Kennen up top and fed him something like 4 kills in 7 minutes.  Fizz was almost the same.  Vi also fed a bunch of kills, but I don't know that I blame her - they happened when she was trying to recover a bad situation.  I took down the only tower we captured.

In the mean time, Amumu, Kennen and Kayle got super fed and just roflstomped us.

It's the middle of the night, I can't sleep and I'm sick - this should go well

Right away into the pregame channel our first picker declares Support, never bodes well for me.  Not that I don't win from other lanes, I just have the best success in Ranked as support.

I went ADC, taking Draven since Mid and Jungle were also spoken for.  Next round of picks the next person up chooses MF and declares that she'll go ADC.  Winning.

We ended up losing MF around the 12 or 13 minute mark due to her mouse not working.  She came back just in time for us to surrender at 20.  At least I thought she did, but we failed the surrender.

Moments later we lost our first real team fight.  It was 11 kills to 26 at this point.  We'd taken 1 tower to their 6.

Quickly thereafter we lost another team fight and then lost another vote to surrender.  11 to 30.

By 30 minutes they had 2 inhibitors down.  We'd failed a few more votes to surrender and it was 14 to 40.

It finally ended at 33 minutes when we both surrendered and lost our Nexus.

Promotion Series - Game 1

Most of the team members are being pretty...uh...rude in the pregame chat.  Rude and annoying.  This doesn't bode well.

Ashe ADC, Twisted Fate Mid, Pantheon Top, Zyra Support, Xin Zhao Jungle

Second Draven game this evening, we'll see if it goes as well as the first.  Now that picks are over, people's egos have settled a bit.  We'll see if it stays that way if someone gives up first blood.  That double "global" ult could be an issue.  We'll see.

Well, the global ults weren't really an issue.  The team's attitude was.  Aatrox was an ass, critically berating everyone for everything they did and everything he did wrong.  The attitude spread.

I don't feel good about this team...but we have strong champs so maybe?  Maybe we can bully them hard in the first 20 minutes.

We started out strong.  Xin got 2 Triple Kills putting us 9 to 1 in Kills at the 10 minute mark.  And at 29 minutes they surrendered.

Final score?  29 kills to 3.

I went 2/1/5 but had decent farm.  Kennen went 4/1/12, Xin Zhao 10/1/5, Zac 11/0/7 and Nidalee 2/0/7.

Their Rumble died 10 times, as did their Zed.

Why do I feel like such an awful player in so many games?  I was level 15 at the end of this horrendous loss.  Karma was 16, everyone else on both teams was 18.  I had 166 CS.  Better than most of their team but that was it.  I went 0/8/3.  I couldn't get CS, I couldn't get kills, I couldn't get assists.  All I could do was sit under my tower without access to Creep, or Die.

The common point in all my failures is me.  What am I doing wrong?  This is the problem.  I have no idea.  I can point to little mistakes here and there, but those are just a few little mistakes.  While they add up, they don't add up to this INCREDIBLE number of failures.  I think my losses are something like twice my wins?  It's amazing how terrible I am at this game.

Historically we've lost every game where a win would put me in a promotion series.  Something has always gone horribly wrong.

In this case I was going to go Caitlyn but they took her, so I went Draven.  My plan for the passive is to just farm it up.  No need to be agressive.  Let the mana battery keep my mana up and just farm up the passive.

We'll see how it goes...Frisco says that he likes this team comp of ours, which I'm afraid will be the kiss of death =)

Most of our team was pretty whiney.  Kat saying she couldn't leash for Eve on blue buff because she couldn't miss the first 2 CS.  Then Jax complaining that he didn't get a gank right off the bat.  Then of course my Internet dropped (WTF).  All of these things would be frustrating and unexpected in one game, if it wasn't the game that would have gotten me to my promotion series =)

So I get back in and the game's already fallen apart.  Katarina's constantly saying that we're all awful and she hates us all.

We surrendered at 23.  No surprise.

Frisco and I bot lane.  Super agressive!

Super fail!  I went 5/9/3 with only 166 CS in 40 minutes.  Their Swain was super fed.  Our team's teamwork totally sucked.

Not that I did well and my team sucked.  I also sucked.  My CS wasn't good, my Draven mechanics were terrible.  Just wasn't good.

This one didn't go any better.  Our Jax kept blaming the rest of the team, our Udyr kept wandering off when it was time for team fights and Frisco and I would get jumped on in bad situations or making our own bad calls.

All in all, not great.

We had a pretty good opening against Sona and Cait until 4 of them came bot to kill us and take our tower.

Our Jungle was carrying hard though and it didn't slow us down.  Our team carried hard, everyone did. They surrendered at 24 minutes.

Right off the bat Hecarim D/C'd.  Same guy who was complaining in the chat that we were going to lose, so we didn't have a lot of faith he'd be back.

Fortunately, we were wrong.  Unfortunately nothing else went right for us up front.  They invaded, 5 man, took our blue.  Then Nidalee and Twitch pushed the us way out of our lane and kept us there.

GG.  Then we just failed to surrender over and over again while they proceeded to beat us.  They had 44 to 22 kills at the end.  And Frisco got demoted to Silver V.  Diana walked away with 21 of those kills.

Unfortunately that means he's also trusting the other Bronze Leaguers....  Fortunately we have a little wiggle room.  He needs to win 2 out of 3 because it's an inter-league promotion, and he's 1 for 1 so far, so if we totally suck he's not out of it immediately.

We're duo'ing bottom lane.  Leona Draven.  We got this!

And I failed to connect.  Just hung at the loading screen.  Everyone else connected just fine.

I managed to reconnect as our Minions spawned and we got a quick First Blood off.  So things were going well.

Until they weren't.  It was bad across the board.  We would initiate the wrong target.  Jarvan would come in at the wrong time.  We would push too hard when we shouldn't.  We gave up kills to Ezreal time and time again.

After that they just snowballed.  Team was useless in terms of getting together and working together.

The Wild Hunt is on!

Duo queue with Frisco.  He played Kha'Zix.

First League game in a while.

Our Pantheon top went quick to 2-0 and I followed-up with a Kha'Zix assisted double kill on Bot.

I might have gotten a little greedy.  But the laneing phase was ending and I was 5/3/4 so it wasn't terrible.

So we turned an early win into a close game by the mid.  But we hadn't thrown it away yet.

I totally failed to steal Baron with my ultimate...timed it waaay wrong.

We ended up winning though!

I went 7/7/13 with 229 CS which isn't totally terrible.

Edit: Frisco lost the Wild Hunt quest.  We got a little over aggressive pushing top and got ripped apart.  Frisco, myself and Sona managed to escape, but Rengar caught up and put Frisco down, claiming his head.  Everyone was sad.

Duo with Frisco again.

We got first blood and went 2 / 1 against our lane early.  And the game fell apart from there.  8 kills to 19 at the 25 minute mark and they were significantly up on turrets.

I mean, we hadn't taken one.

So we surrendered at 31:02

I went 5/3/2 with 127 CS at 31 minutes.

Bad Lane

Hecarim  didn't make it through the loading screen, so we were off to a grand start.  He finally reconnected as minions spawned...

I was duo queuing with Frisco, so we did what noobs do and rushed the bush on bot lane.  Sona didn't last 10 seconds and it was on from there.

And by on I mean off.  We pretty much failed to do well in our lane as did most of the others.  Trynd couldn't hold up to Darius.  Then we proceeded to lose team fight after team fight.

First LoL Game Post

First LoL game I'm logging here.  Let's see how I go.  I'm starting in Bronze III with 0 points...so pro.

My team banned Vayne and Caitlyn.  Unusual bans in my experience?

Mundo jungle, LeBlanc mid, Morgana support and Garen top, I'm running Draven adc.  The opposing team is Taric support, Miss Fortune adc, Jayce top, Fizz mid and Vi jungle.

I'd have liked to bring Cait vs Miss Fortune but my captain was banning without participating in the room chat.

I let them draw me too far away from my tower at level 3 and get first blood.  Miss F was way low on health, but I always forget about Taric's stun...

Died again at 5 under my tower when they dove me.

Morgana went afk for two levels and then Mundo came down for a gank, Morg got the kill on MF.  Once they were both back in lane Mundo came in again and I got a kill on Taric.  Another hit on Taric without Mundo and we were caught up.

Then Garen disconnected, Morgana stopped warding the bush and we lost.  First surrender vote at 23 failed, we were still winning 10:6 in kills.  Morgana went afk again for a while and the whole thing spiraled down from there.

Garen came back at 30 minutes, claiming bad network.  I started buying wards because they were just ambushing us in our jungle and no one else seemed to be buying them...but it was all too late.  They aced us at 34 and the game ended at 41 minutes.

I went 5/8/4 with 193 CS.  Compared to their adc MF who went 15/2/6 with 348 CS.
